Refund policy
Since SUNONEONE's products are custom made, we are unable to offer returns. Your creation is carefully designed to perfectly match the individual needs of you and your pet.
If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us. Customer satisfaction is one of our tenets and we are always committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with the final masterpiece.
If you receive the wrong product, the size or production error, or your product is damaged in transit, we will of course replace it unconditionally. In this case, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that when we create your creation, we use the photos uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our photography tips, we will not be able to provide any solutions. It is your responsibility to submit high-quality photos that meet our submission guidelines. Low-quality photos will result in low-quality creations. If there is anything you need to let us know, we allow you to add a note to your order. However, we cannot guarantee that your special requests will be met, for example, we cannot edit photos to close or open mouths, add smiles, etc. But we can remove red eyes, edit eye color, and other requirements.
Please note that all examples on the site are based on high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry, low-quality photos will not allow our design team to present the high-quality finished product you see in person.
If you recently placed an order and changed your mind, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. If it takes longer than 24 hours, we will decide at our sole discretion whether to approve the cancellation. This is because our artists usually start working immediately after you place your order. If your work has been created and you request to cancel your order, we will charge a fee of $10 to cover the cost of the work for your order.
Warranty
SUNONEONE is committed to the quality and durability of our products. However, please note that according to our return policy, we will only accept claims for defective or damaged goods within 30 days of the date we received the item.
We take pride in the quality of our products and expect them to last longer with proper care. If you experience any problems within 30 days, please contact us. As a one-time service, we can provide a refund or re-shipment service for eligible claims.
