Shipping policy

Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, it takes some time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place your order.

All orders typically take 3-10 days to create and ship. Shipping times may be slightly longer during promotional periods. Shipping times vary by country.

Shipping times within the US: US orders typically arrive within 7-14 days of shipment. During the holiday season, orders may take longer, up to 4 weeks.

UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe: We expect orders to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer, up to 5 weeks.

NOTE: If there is a problem with your order (such as requiring new pet photos), this may understandably extend your production time.

We also send production samples to all of our customers and ask for your approval before shipping. The quicker you approve, the faster we can ship!

All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it is available.

NOTE: Due to the surge in packages during the holiday season (November/December), estimated delivery times may be delayed.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100
For orders under $100 within the US, we charge a flat rate of $9.95

Estimated delivery times are as follows: (after shipment)
US: 7-14 business days;
Canada, Australia, UK: 7-13 business days;
Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan: 7-13 business days;
Europe: 5-15 business days;
Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Some products take longer to customize due to handmade production
• Previews for handmade custom products will be ready in 3-10 days.
• Previews for other custom products will be ready in 3-6 days.
• A preview will be emailed to you once the product is made.
•  We will start shipping once we receive your approval of your work!

Shipping is a flat rate:
US: $9.95;
Canada, Australia, UK: $9.95;
Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan: $9.95;
Europe: $9.95;
Rest of the World: $19.95

We offer a "skip the line art" service. This shipping service will expedite the delivery of your artwork because we move your pet photos to the front of the queue for our team of artists. However, this will not speed up delivery times for couriers.
